2. Privacy Policy (개인정보처리방침)

What we collect — common to all services

Account: your email address (used as account identity and for service contact). No password is stored — access is via API key.
Usage records: API calls (e.g., match/index counts, timestamps) for quota, billing and abuse prevention.
Site analytics: landing pages use Google Analytics (cookies) to measure visits; our own server-side counters use no cookies and store no raw IP addresses (only a short non-reversible hash and country code). The country is resolved on our own servers using an offline database — your IP address is not sent to any geolocation service. IP Geolocation by DB-IP (CC BY 4.0).

What each service stores when you index or process content

HyeAn (image search): only downscaled thumbnails (≤256px) and derived data (captions, embedding vectors, file names/paths as text). Original image files never leave your machine. Search re-ranking runs on our own model; if that service is unavailable, the search query text only (never your captions, thumbnails or file data) may fall back to a third-party AI provider (OpenRouter, USA).
Cheongmyeong (sound search): only short preview clips (mono, ≤10s) and derived data (captions, embedding vectors, file names/paths as text). Original audio files never leave your machine when you index locally.
Hwiyeong (VFX search): only preview frames and derived data (embedding vectors, file names/paths as text). Original asset files never leave your machine.
Myeongpil (Unity operator): the editor context you send with a request (scene/object summaries, code snippets) is processed to produce actions and is stored only as usage logs needed for quota and debugging. Processing uses our own model running on rented GPU infrastructure (RunPod, USA) — it is not sent to a third-party AI service.
Sokgi (document extraction): the document file (HWP/HWPX/Office) is uploaded to our servers, parsed there, and the original file is deleted immediately after parsing — we do not store it. The extracted text is then sent to a third-party AI provider (OpenRouter, USA) that performs the field extraction; that provider is restricted per request to zero-data-retention endpoints that do not collect or train on the data. We do not store your document text after the request completes. If files must not leave your network at all, the on-premise edition parses and extracts entirely inside your own infrastructure.
Ongo (document search): indexed document text chunks and embedding vectors are stored to serve your searches. Processing happens on our servers only — no third-party AI APIs. A fully local kit and an on-premise edition are available if documents must not leave your machine or network.
Gyeongcheong (voice-recording search): speech-to-text runs on your machine via the indexing kit; only transcript text chunks (with timestamps) and embedding vectors are stored. Original audio files are never uploaded. An on-premise edition exists if even transcripts must stay inside your network.
Jeongeo (AI voice generation / TTS): the script text you submit is processed in memory to synthesize speech and returned to you as audio. We do not store your script text or the generated audio — only character counts are aggregated for quota and abuse prevention.

Indexing and processing only happen for folders/files you explicitly select — no service scans your project or disk on its own.

What we do NOT do

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising. (Processing by the providers listed under Sub-processors is required to run the services and is limited to that purpose.)
We do not train AI models on your indexed or submitted content.
We do not store your original files (images, audio, VFX assets, documents) unless a service explicitly requires an upload you initiate.

Sub-processors

We use the following providers to operate the services. They process data only to provide their service to us.

On-premise editions run entirely inside your own network and do not use RunPod or OpenRouter.

Payments

Card payments are processed by our merchant of record (Lemon Squeezy); we never see or store card numbers.

Deletion & retention

You can remove indexed items at any time from each app (index management), and request full account/data deletion by emailing admin@14dimension.com from your signup address. Backups are purged on a rolling basis.

3. Terms of Service (이용약관)

All services are provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; AI-generated results (matches, extractions, actions) are suggestions and may be imperfect.
You must own or have rights to the content you index or submit. Illegal content and abuse (including attempts to index content you have no rights to, or abnormal automated bulk traffic) may result in suspension.
Paid plans are month/year subscriptions handled by our payment processor; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the processor's consumer policy and applicable Korean e-commerce law (전자상거래법).
Free-tier quotas and fair-use limits may be adjusted with notice on this site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Additional terms for Jeongeo AI-generated speech

Disclosure. When you publish, distribute, or otherwise present Jeongeo output to others, you must expressly and intelligibly disclose that the speech is AI- or machine-generated. Paid plans remove the requirement to name or link to Jeongeo; they do not remove this AI disclosure.
Safety and lawful use. You may not use Jeongeo to exploit or harm minors; create or spread harmful false information; expose personal information to harm someone; defame, disparage, or harass; or impersonate another person without consent.
High-impact decisions. You may not use Jeongeo for fully automated decisions that adversely affect a person's legal rights or create binding obligations, or for discriminatory or exploitative treatment based on protected, social, physical, mental, or predicted personal characteristics.
Restricted professional uses. You may not use Jeongeo to provide medical advice or interpret medical results, or to generate information for administration of justice, law enforcement, immigration, or asylum decisions, including predictions that a person will commit fraud or crime.

The underlying model is subject to the use-based restrictions in paragraph 5 and Attachment A of its upstream responsible-AI model licence. Those restrictions are incorporated above and apply to every Jeongeo plan and all generated output.

정어 AI 생성 음성 추가 조건 (한국어 안내)

정어 음성을 공개·배포하거나 다른 사람에게 제시할 때에는 AI 또는 기계가 생성한 음성임을 명확하고 알아보기 쉽게 고지해야 합니다. 유료 플랜은 정어 이름·URL 표기만 면제하며, AI 생성 고지까지 면제하지 않습니다.
아동 착취·위해, 타인에게 해를 주기 위한 허위정보·개인정보 유포, 명예훼손·괴롭힘, 동의 없는 사칭에 사용할 수 없습니다.
법적 권리에 불이익을 주는 완전 자동화 결정, 차별·취약성 악용, 의료 조언·검사 결과 해석, 사법·수사·이민·망명 판단이나 범죄 예측에 사용할 수 없습니다.

4. Software License (소프트웨어 이용허락)

This section covers software we let you download and run on your own machines — indexing kits, Windows installers, Unity plugins, and MCP shims (the "Software"). It is in addition to the Terms above.

What you may do

Grant. While your account is in good standing, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and run the Software within your own organisation, solely to use the corresponding service under your own API key.
Machines. You may install it on as many machines as your organisation operates. Indexing is metered by the service, not by seat.
Modification for your own use. Kits are shipped as readable source so you can adapt paths, formats, and pipelines for your environment. That is expected and allowed.

What you may not do

No redistribution. You may not publish, resell, sublicense, host, or otherwise make the Software (or a derivative of it) available to anyone outside your organisation.
No key sharing. An API key identifies one account. You may not share it outside your organisation, embed it in a product you distribute, or use one key to serve third parties.
No service resale. You may not offer the service to your own customers as if it were yours (white-labelling) without a separate written agreement.
No circumventing metering or plan limits, including modifying the Software to bypass quota reporting, plan checks, or payment.
No benchmarking for a competing product. Using the Software or service primarily to build or train a competing search/synthesis product is not permitted.

Ownership, term, and what happens on breach

We retain all rights in the Software and in the models, indexes, and ranking methods behind the services. Your content and the search results derived from it remain yours.
The licence ends when your account ends. On termination you must stop using the Software and delete your copies; locally built indexes are yours to keep or delete.
Material breach (redistribution, key sharing, metering circumvention) lets us suspend the account and revoke keys without refund for the remaining period.

On-premise deployments are covered by a separate written agreement, not by this section — the terms differ (offline licence file, seat scope, support, audit). Enquiries: admin@14dimension.com

온프레미스는 이 절이 아니라 별도 서면 계약을 따릅니다(오프라인 라이선스 파일·좌석 범위·지원·감사 조건이 다릅니다).
